The Ambanis threw a grand party to celebrate the engagement of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta.
The who's who of Bollywood turned up in their sartorial best and kept us glued on to our screens.
Among the bevy of well-dressed celebrities was Shraddha Kapoor,who looked resplendent in a lavender embellished lehenga by Kresha Bajaj.

The colour looked like a dream on the gorgeous actress, and reminded us of another diva, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Aishwarya in the iconic Chand Chupa Badal Mein from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam wore a dreamy lavender lehenga and we had been smitten.

Shraddha recreated those sensations for us in her ensemble at the Ambani bash.
We love how the look was kept simplistic and only the eyes were highlighted, letting the outfit do all the talking.

The diamond earrings and the cuffs along with the large waves in her hair made Shraddha look like a Disney princess.
Aishwarya herself was also present in the bash and looked gorgeous in a vintage gold saree by Manish Malhotra.
