Kareena's fitness trainer Namrata Purohit recently gave us a glimpse of the actress acing the abduction workout with a squat on Pilates.
For the uninitiated, abduction refers to the act of moving your limbs away from the middle line of the body. Muscles that produce abduction are called abductors, strengthening which helps in maintaining proper pelvic position and prevents stress on the knees and lower back.
Namrata also mentioned that this form of abduction workout requires a "lot of control and focus" and Kareena shows us exactly how to do it.
