Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has always given her health and fitness priority. She lives by a diet that involves no deprivation and helps keep the essentials of elements in your bodily system. She is known for her famous her Sunday Binge sessions where the actress adds some sweet or an extra-calorie food diet. In fact, Shilpa doesn’t fail to post her diet tips and food indulges that have been a great source motivation for us.
While it was an ordinary Sunday binge with a delicious spread of Indian local sweets, Shilpa had a special post for actor Ranveer Singh. Playing with her cat Simba, the actress indulged in some mouth-watering mini jalebi with rabdi which Ranveer claims to love a lot.

Besides jalebi, Shilpa fed some scrumptious phirni, a delicacy usually found in weddings. The diva was recently a part of 30 Top Health and Fitness Influencers in India and dedicated her Sunday binge having her ifkar- a fast-breaking diet during the season of Ramzan.  In fact, she revealed that hot jalebis and cold rabdi is Ranveer 's favourite dessert.

Shilpa hasn’t been seen in films for some time but spends her time holding online food recipes and yoga excercises. On the other hand, Ranveer will start shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Simmbafeaturing Sara Ali Khan in December and recently wrapped up Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boys with Alia Bhatt.
In an interview with beitandfine.com she talked about her diet. Shilpa said, “I have tried to bust pre-conceived notions about Indian food. People think Indian food is fattening and high on sodium, which is untrue. A simple dish like rajma chawal is a complete meal; it has the right amount of protein, nine amino acids; it’s equivalent to eating an egg. But people are tucking into quinoa instead.”
